Webinar: The HR Executive’s Strategic Agenda for the Blended Workforce
Join us on July 15 at 11a PT/2p ET for a review of the new research study by Ardent Partners: The HR Executive’s Strategic Agenda for the Blended Workforce.
Non-employee talent currently represents 43% of the average enterprise’s worker population according to Ardent Partners research, and that percentage is expected to grow in the months and years ahead. The growing size and strategic impact of the contingent workforce are a critical reason why human resources (HR) and finance functions require better tools and processes for managing the workforce.
Given the current state of business, and, just how critical the contingent workforce will be in the face of economic recovery, the HR, human capital, and finance functions have an incredible opportunity to tap into a transformative channel of talent that will be more crucial than it ever has before.
Join Ardent’s Christopher J. Dwyer, Vice President of Research, and Dan Beck, COO at Utmost as they unveils findings and insights from the new HR Executive’s Strategic Agenda for the Blended Workforce research study. This webinar will highlight
- Why total workforce management/total talent management can be a reality, not just a theory
- A strategic outlook on the criticality of real-time intelligence in managing the contingent workforce.
- The core and advanced capabilities required for effectively managing the visibility, intelligence, workforce management, and tactical components of total workforce management, and;
- The four core items on the HR executive’s strategic agenda for 2020 (and beyond)
